City Kitchen Catering Unveils Sidewalk Café In Downtown Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES (Wednesday, April 27, 2005) - City Kitchen, the dynamic and successful downtown catering company, recently opened a new open-air sidewalk café adjacent to their catering facility in downtown Los Angeles. The café is a welcome addition to the burgeoning downtown culinary landscape and is located at 950 S. Flower St. (at Olympic).
The City Kitchen Café will offer a superb selection of freshly made foods which have been enjoyed by satisfied clients such as Microsoft, DreamWorks, Gisele Bundchen, Justin Timberlake, Diane Lane, Vanity Fair, InStyle, NetJets, Pfizer, American Express and Latham + Watkins (at events and private parties catered by City Kitchen). Customers can either enjoy the patio atmosphere and dine at the café, take their food to go or have it delivered to their residence or office.
City Kitchen's menu features a variety of items including Mojito Chicken Chopped Salad, Thai BBQ Breast of Chicken served over Braised Baby Bok Choy and Basmati Rice and an Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Sandwich with Swiss Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Whole Grain Mustard Spread on a Salted Pretzel Roll. For dessert, City Kitchen's own Homemade Vanilla Cream Filled Cupcakes are just one of the tempting treats on the menu.
City Kitchen is the sister company of the rapidly growing quick-serve concept, Tacone. City Kitchen was started in 2001 by Tacone President Craig Albert and is the first gourmet catering concept to franchise. City Kitchen plans to open a City Kitchen Express serving made-to-order gourmet sandwiches and chopped salads at The Water Garden in Santa Monica this summer.
